Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled or rescheduled more than 72 hours in advance. When notified before the 72-hour mark, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. Cancellations within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. SAME-DAY cancellations/NO SHOWS Will incur a 20% fee of the scheduled service charged to the card on file, and the deposit will be forfeited.
